Refund policy

All items from this release are PRE-ORDER items. By placing an order, customers acknowledge that their order will not ship immediately and agree to the estimated 3-4 week processing/production timeframe stated at the time of purchase. Shipping/ transit time begins after the order has been produced and shipped. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations for change of mind, ordering the wrong size/color, or because an order is still within the stated preorder processing timeframe.

Please review your size, color, shipping address, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

If ST1CKY sends an incorrect item or size, or your item arrives damaged/defective, please contact us at st1ckychatt@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution. If a replacement cannot be provided, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.

Do not return any merchandise without contacting us and receiving return instructions first. Any approved returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

The 3-4 week timeframe is an estimate. If an unexpected production or fulfillment delay occurs, customers will be notified using the contact information provided with their order. This does not affect any rights customers may have under applicable law.
